We are open to all film types and genres of the following (but not limited to) narrative, nonfiction, animation, and experimental films with runtimes of 20 minutes or less directed and or majority produced by a black Canadian citizen or permanent resident with Canada. Priority will be given to short films that have not been screened online or in-person at another festival.
